Jesus, the Lamb of God

Hello World!

All my life I walked under the banner of Jesus Christ but it took the first half of my life to come to the point where I could fully grasp the true reason why I should. In this blog I want to share with you, in bite size pieces, this KNOWLEDGE that I walk in which is based on “FAITH” and what it means as it pertains to Christianity.

Coincidentally, my words today are the same as John the Baptist, the first person to see Jesus for who He is and the first to proclaim it to the world. And how did he see Jesus? I will let John tell you as it is what I have come to know and place my FAITH in.

John 1:29
The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him, and said, “Behold! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!

I know that this statement is nothing new to Christians, but I believe many do not put their FAITH in it. You see, “The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world” is Jesus Christ, who, by his once for all Sacrifice, paid the full cost for the sins of the world committed, past, present and future, so that all who receive this gift can have access to the Father in the “Most Holy Place”, aka Heaven.

1 Peter 3:18
For Christ also suffered once for sins, the just for the unjust, to bring us to God.

Ephesians 3:11 – 12
According to the eternal purpose which He (God) accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord, in whom we have boldness and access with confidence through faith in Him.

Hebrews 7:25
Therefore He (Jesus) is also able to save to the uttermost those who come to God through Him, since He always lives to make intercession for them.

This is what it means to believe on the Name of Jesus Christ and what our FAITH should be continually based on. However, if you are a Christian who believes that there are other ways you are made holy, then, based on scripture, your FAITH in Christ has fallen short.

I know that this statement may come as a surprise, but please stick with me through this blog, as I go in depth to explain to you where I am coming from and my scriptural evidence for it. My prayer is that throughout our journey together, this blog will help you come to KNOW the TRUTH that Jesus is the only WAY we have access to the Father who is in Heaven

Jhn 14:6
Jesus said to him, “I am the WAY, the TRUTH, and the LIFE. No one comes to the Father except through Me.
